I come from series of family chains where sugar is heavily worshiped. I am just so in love with sweets, glucose, saccharin or whatever you call it, fits my superlative cravings.
Here’s some Vegan flourless choco crinkle recipe. I can binge all day with these treats lol.
Basically, all you need are just basic ingredients of this recipe:
Over-ripe bananas
Rolled Oats
Almonds
The rest will go with your own preferences. But here's how I made mine.
4 Over-ripe bananas
1/5 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Almonds (Crushed)
1 tbs Dark cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 tbs Chia seeds (Optional)
1 tbs Coconut Oil / Avocado Oil
! Bar Dark Chocolate (Cut in to small pieces)
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
Step 1:
Mash the bananas all together with the rolled oats, almonds. Then add your dark cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, chia seeds, coconut oil, dark chocolate chunks.
Step 2:
Mix it altogether and freeze it for about 30 min to get that thick consistency before rolling it. After 30 min, use a spoon to form it into round tiny balls.
Step 3:
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees five minutes. Bake it for 10 minutes. Let it cool down for a bit.
Step 4:
Prepare you sugar and roll your balls! (This may sound so funny)
Step 5:
Make some coffee and enjoy!
Here's the video for the recipe.
